CIJ Group Charter of Corporate Behavior

CIJ, Computer Institute of Japan, Ltd., is an independent software company, providing strong results in software development field since 1976.
The IT (Information Technology) Revolution has brought more internet activity, encouraging traditional social system changes, while computer technology is also changing rapidly. As "Dream Providers", we must more forward not rest on our laurels. CIJ keeps on growing as a perpetual company with the following approaches;

	To cope with the diversifying Information Society, CIJ aims to create and break into new business field with "Free Concepts (Idea)" with insight in to professional cooperation not prejudiced by traditional ideas.
	To cope with advanced Information Society, CIJ values "Curiosity and Adherence" to pursue the high technology and market constantly, and actively approach to the new field and R&D(Research and Development) activities.
	To cope with internationalization of Information Society, CIJ expands worldwide its business field to consider the international point of view, and attempts joint business with foreign companies to convert overseas software in to Japanese for sale in Japan. CIJ also plans to expand its offices through out the country.
	To intensify the reliability with existing customers and partner companies to respect the bonds between company to company and people to people. CIJ also plans to acquire new customers and establish branches and affiliates to expand its network.
CIJ will make ongoing efforts to be　a good corporate citizen, and we will enhance "Transparency and Efficiency of Management". We thank you all for the continuing support to our company.
